Sahara Stars School of Bellydance offers classes for Beginners through to Advanced students. There is also a Tribal class where strength and kinship shines through dancing and celebration within the tribe. The heartbeat of bellydance is through the music. The pulse of the rhythm which grounds and drives the beat. Musicians express their emotive and rhythmic elements through their instruments. Drumming classes are also available for beginners. Bellydance has much to contribute to women's health. Not only is the movement
beneficial, the wonderful, stretching and freeing of muscles that few forms of
dance or exercise use, most women find it to be healthy, sensual, powerful and

sizes the opportunity to explore movement, accept ourselves for who we are and
